I bought my brand new Charger SRT AT Capital Chrysler Jeep on Ellerslie, what a mistake!
They have had to redo my 3M protection twice, and both times damaged my car. While they had it for almost an entire week, they drove it 300 kms. And it looks like I may need a new windshield on it.
When I went in to talk to the sales manager, Jeremy Dally, he told me not to talk to him like that. Oh what, I’m supposed to smile and giggle while you are ruining my Show car. I was not swearing or even screaming, I was just talking firmly asking what is going on with my car and what they are doing about the damage.
I don’t need to know how your luxury car got damage to and that you had to replace your windshield. Go to customer service courses buddy! Or is it a woman thing? Because when I had a man standing beside me you were going to make sure everything was perfect. None of the work that you told me you would do with a man standing beside me got done.
Please people do not go to this dealership. Nice until you drop your money into them and then up yours. So disgusted!
